Our Story
We design rooms the way a writer edits a sentence — slowly, until nothing else can be removed.
The Clever Corners began in a small textile studio in 2019 — two founders, one drafting table and a stubborn idea that good interiors are quiet. Six years on, the studio is a tight collective of designers and on-site craftspeople delivering residential and commercial spaces across Gujarat.
We don't decorate. We compose. Stone, wood, light and shadow are treated as the primary vocabulary; furniture and fabric follow. Every project begins with the question we still ask ourselves at the founders' table — what does this room want to become?

Charmi leads design across every project the studio touches.
Her work pairs Italian discipline with an Indian softness — layered stones, hand-finished plaster, custom joinery and a deeply considered palette of off-whites, clays and earthy bronzes.
